What should I do with Hub with no page view?

I have a lot of Hubs (which I spent a lot of time writing) which has zero page views in months. Should I delete them? Re-write them? Don't spend any more time on them and forget about it? Tune title? Do you have such hubs? And what do you do with them?

Try tweaking them a little. I've done that with some hubs that hadn't had page views in over a month and after tweaking, they got some views.

I read somewhere (in someone's hub) that google likes and responds better to content that is kept fresh. It will pick up on that fact that you've made a few editorial changes.

Also if you are not using the "grouping" function in your account, trying grouping those low traffic hubs next to a hub that gets traffic. The low traffic hub will then show up in the rating box of the high traffic hub and links out to the hubs it's sandwiched between. That grouping really works best if the hubs are somewhat related. For example, any of my hubs related to the health effects or diseases associated with sleep deprivation are grouped together.

I have had a few hubs like that, I have gone back done keyword research on them and tweaked them up... edited and added more recent or interesting content and they have been producing... I am happy with the results..

I wouldn't delete a hub..until I think it is really crappy... or it is very personal and not useful to others...I put my heart into each hub I write .. I think most of us do...The very fact that you ask the question tells me that you have put quiet a bit into it.. Give it a chance and you may be happy with the results. Best wishes to you :)

You could try telling people about them via email or facebook or twitter. You could take a good hard look at them and decide if they need to be edited or re-written. Or perhaps they're not very useful at all, and they ought to be deleted.

Or you could ask for help.

I had a hub that i thought was pretty okay, but it wasn't performing very well. I took it to the "Extreme Hub Makeover" forum. Several hubbers were kind enough to write some good constructive criticism, and I took their advice. Now it's one of my top hubs.

You can give it time. Change/rewrite the hub. You can delete it if you want to. remember that some followers will follow dozens of people so it would take time for them to get to your hub. If there are no views in a week change or delete it.

You might tune the title. Apparently it is not drawing people. Rewriting will not help because people are not viewing it anyway. Give it a catchy title and I think people will flock to read it. I hope it gets better for you.

I agree with what the others are suggesting, just as times change, we must keep our hubs fresh, up to date and definitely take advantage of some of the HP tools like title tuner or the extreme hub makeover (if you dare ;-) I think there was a great HP email lately that encouraged all hubbers to do some New Years Hub revamping by visiting our older hubs and checking for broken links, spelling errors, title tuning, key words, etc.

And by all means, share your hubs! I have read many of your hubs BlissfulWriter and they are all very well done and worth a read so I think that you just need to promote them a little more and perhaps add images to differentiate them :-) Because I know that you don't include a comment section I think that may cut down on some of your traffic unfortunately but I do understand your reason for doing so.

If you don't already have Facebook and Twitter accounts, set up so that you can share a link to your hub each time you publish! Social Media is an amazing way to get your work out there so set up accounts on any sites that you enjoy like: she told me, squidoo..... so that you will have another back link to your hubs, thus more page views. Let me know if you need any help doing this, I'd be happy to do readers everywhere a service by sharing your work!

Keep reading them yourself! What else to do? (Incidentally, you can also wonder aloud why such a great hub is never read by anybody!)

Just leave it. Delete it and lose any potential it may have. 1 view is better than none.

First of all I would go back and read suggestions from other hubbers that have been around for a while. You can't imagine how much information you can get from them. When I write one, I like to do a search to make sure I'm not repeating what someone else has already said. I also use Google Adwords Key tool to see if the words I choose for my title is being searched by the search engines and change it if necessary. When I'm done writing I will create links to other hubs and backlinks. Add pictures or video. Youtube has a lot of useful videos. If you have a blog that is related to that hub, link that blog. Make sure you write a summary using keywords, preferably keywords given to you in Google Adwords Key tool. Then share on facebook and twitter or any other place you have an account. You can also ask your friends on facebook to share with their friends. And yes Tune your Title if needed. I'm not a pro, but this seems to help me. Good luck!
